This is a quiet lake community, so we ask for no parties or events and no loud noise after 10 pm. The driveway and the front entrance have steps, so the house is not a good fit for guests who cannot manage stairs. Simple instructions are posted next to the sauna, the racing simulator and the coffee bar. Firewood for the fire pit is not included, and we will tell you where to buy it a few minutes away. We register guests with the community gate, so we will ask for a few details after you book.

The whole house and the yard are yours. Every bedroom, the loft, the game room, the sauna, the deck, the fire pit and the driveway. Nothing is locked off and nothing is shared with anyone else. The house sits inside a private lake community with a staffed gate, and the community's own pool, lake and courts are run by the association on limited guest passes we cannot guarantee, so please do not plan your trip around them.
